The bottom of the Administration Console screen where links to the Create New User and Maintain User screens can be found. For the latter a drop-down menu is used to select an existing user to be maintained, before clicking the Go button to actually maintain the user. The same functionality is employed with the Delete forum option, which leads to the Deletion Confirmation screen, and the last option emails recent headlines (the titles of recently posted messages) to all users.
